On Novemeber 30, 2017 the research project PeerSharing hosted its final conference “Mit Sharing nachhaltiger wirtschaften?” (“Sharing as a means to a sustainable economy?”) at Hotel Almodovar in Berlin. Dr. Dominika Wruk (ifm), Jonas Pentzien and Clara Wolff (IÖW) contributed in the three discussion forums. Held in the afternoon, the forums’ discussants debated the prospects of sustainable business models, the ecological impact and consequences of the Sharing Economy as well as the political framework and necessary policies for sharing as a means to a sustainable economy.
