h3-o is a thinktank for social innovation and cooperative start-up based in Hamburg. One of their most recent projects is "Rethink Coop" a prototype of a platform cooperative that connects solutions for sustainable development goals such as Gender Equality, Decent Work and Partnership. Members are a group of women founders who will run their own self-organized cooperative after receiving professional training that certifies them to work as professionals in child care. "Rethink Coop" is also one of five partner organizations of the global Platform Coop Development Kit initiated by the Platform Cooperativism Consortium aiming to build a global Platform Coop ecosystem.
