WeilerWärme eG

WeilerWärme eG is a cooperative from Pfalzgrafenweiler, which aims to supply as many local citizens as possible with affordable local heating and electricity. Founded in 2008, the cooperative has become an important energy provider for its almost 1,000 members, who are all citizens of the region. In addition to heat (WeilerWärme) and electricity (WeilerStrom) production via renewable energies, the overall concept also includes the car-sharing platform WeilerMobil. Since 2011, Pfalzgrafenweiler is officially the largest bioenergy village in Baden-Württemberg.
